Malliouhana was the first resort hotel on the island of Anguilla and is revered among its residents. Working with SB architects and Greg Togel, Chad Meldrum project managers, THDC teamed with MB Partners of Anguilla for the design build renovation of this historic property.  In addition to pedestrian circulation, site lighting, irrigation and planting, part of our scope involved assisting the in-house staff develop an on-site nursery and propagating the majority of shrubs and ground cover plants utilized.
