With this option a Landscape Architect & Contractor team up to design and build the project without the added costs of complete Construction Documentation (CD's), bidding and revisions to meet budgets. The design build team are given a preliminary budget and complete the design within the provided amount. This method also can be a tremendous time saver as the process can be fast tracked with work beginning simultaneously with the design and procurement.
