Teaming with Minines Plants of Tortola, BVI and Gardiner Theobald project managers, THDC provided full design and site observation services for the complete renovation of this iconic resort originally built by Laurance Rockefellar. New pedestrian circulation, Site Lighting, Irrigation, resort boat arrival and full planting design was performed.
