Working with the developer and proposed resort operator, THDC developed a master plan for this mixed use development including a 100 room hotel, beach front dock, restaurant and pool facility. Part of the development included the cleanup and allocation for public access to historic sugar mill ruins on site as well as the creation of a public park and concert space along the public road and the allocation for a "fishing village" to residents.
